# Earn

> Yield vaults for tokens in your LightSwap account: variable rates, small minimums, deposit and withdraw anytime.

Earn offers yield vaults for tokens in your LightSwap account. You deposit a token, it earns a variable rate, and you withdraw when you want.

## How it works

1. Open **Account → Earn**.
2. Pick a vault. Each vault shows its supported tokens and its current estimated variable APY.
3. Choose **Deposit**, enter the amount, and sign the transaction.
4. Your position accrues from there. Choose **Withdraw** on the same page to exit, fully or partly.

Minimums are small and shown in the app before you confirm. New vaults and tokens are added over time, so the app is always the current list.

## What the rate means

The APY shown is variable and estimated. It moves with the underlying markets, so what you actually earn will differ from day to day. Past rates don't guarantee future ones.

## The honest part

  Earn vaults use third-party DeFi strategies, and yield is never guaranteed. Rates can fall, and in a bad scenario a strategy can lose value. Don't deposit more than you're comfortable with, and treat the displayed APY as an estimate, not a promise.
